YOOTU Technology: Air-Conditioned Vest User Guide | Stay Cool in This Summer
I. Get to Know Your Cooling Gear
(1) Design: Safety + Practicality
Your air-conditioned vest is a fluorescent yellow reflective vest with silver reflective strips on the front and back—safer for work sites, roads (drivers notice you easier at dusk/night). The fabric is breathable and durable—no stickiness when sweating, no movement restrictions.

(2) Core Parts: 3 Key "Cooling Helpers"
Dual Fans: Black circular fans (104mm diameter) with red blades + black protective nets, installed on the left/right back to make cool;
Battery & Wires: 10000mAh lithium battery (phone-sized), connected to fans via USB, stored in an inner mesh pocket (no shaking or discomfort);
3D Air Ducts: Hidden "air channels" in the fabric layer, evenly distributing fan-drawn air to the chest/back, avoiding local stuffiness.
II. 3 Steps to Use
Step 1: Install Fans (First Use Essential)
Find the two circular "fan slots" on the back, insert fans (with buckles, press lightly to fix);
Ensure fan wires connect to the inner adapter (black wire + yellow USB head as shown).
Step 2: Power with Power Bank
Locate the USB adapter cable inside the vest (black wire + yellow USB head);
Plug your power bank (recommended capacity ≥10000mAh) into the adapter;
Store the power bank in the inner mesh pocket, organize wires to avoid tangling.
Step 3: Put On & Adjust Wind Speed
Zip up, wear over short/long sleeves (recommend breathable T-shirt inner layer for sweat absorption);
Find the wind speed button (near the left pocket), press to switch "low-medium-high" (louder fan = stronger wind).
III. Daily Maintenance: Longer Vest Life
(1) Washing Notes:
Remove fans and battery first! Fans pull out directly, battery taken from mesh pocket;
Hand/machine wash (mild detergent, water ≤30℃), avoid sun exposure when drying;
Wipe fans with dry cloth—no water washing (avoid motor water damage).
(2) Battery Care:
Charge fully before long-term storage (recharge every 3 months);
Avoid dropping, squeezing, or exposing to high temperatures (e.g., sun-baked cars).
(3) Fan Maintenance:
Clean fan nets weekly (soft brush or hairdryer to remove dust);
If fans rattle or weaken, check for hair/threads tangled in blades.
IV. Scenarios Where It Beats Heat
Construction Workers: Medium wind keeps back/chest cool during site work—no dizziness when lifting bricks/tieing rebar;
Delivery Riders: Wear over work clothes, high wind creates "convection cooling" with riding wind—no sweat after all-day delivery;
Police/Street Cleaners: Reflective strips + fans—no stuffiness in core areas under the sun, avoiding heatstroke.
